Hazal is experienced in working in fast-paced and international environments. With her multicultural background, she provides comprehensible legal counsel and action plans according to the needs and expectations of each foreign client. She contributes to the firm in the litigation department by drafting memorandums, briefs and motions. She also represents clients in court.
She is also counselling clients in their business, such as establishing new entities and acquiring real estate. She is experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts. She deals with all the necessary procedures that a foreigner must fulfill in order to have an operating business.
She also provides legal services and guidance for immigration and citizenship applications to clients who want to settle down in Turkey or to move abroad.
Hazal has experience in developing strategy at cases upon occupational accidents and compensation claims. She focuses on law of damages between the employer and the employee.
Hazal is a member of Istanbul Bar Association since 2020.
